After a very disappointing experience with another mortgage company, I was recommended RSC and I honestly couldn’t have made a better decision. From the very beginning, Ailish was fantastic! She was my first point of contact and took the time to guide me through the application process, explaining everything clearly and making what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward. She was always friendly, approachable and extremely supportive. She always did exactly what she said she would do. Her communication was excellent throughout the process and I always felt confident that my application was in safe hands. I also worked closely with Ian and Lucy, who managed my mortgage application from start to finish. They were incredibly knowledgeable, resolving every issue we came across quickly and professionally.
